Alliance Home Improvements are a trusted building partnership based in the New Forest. We have over 40 years’ combined experience in extensions, refurbishments and outdoor projects. We are a family-run business, known for honest communication, tidy work and a high-quality finish. Due to our excellent reputation most of our work comes through word of mouth, and we aim to make every project — from a simple patio to a full extension — as straightforward and stress-free as possible for our customers.
Led by cousins and life-long friends Jack and Jake, Alliance brings experience, consistency and a reliable, straightforward approach to every project.
Jack Halligan
Jack has worked in construction for nearly 25 years, starting out as a teenager helping local building firms and learning different approaches to the trade. His experience spans extensions, alterations, refurbishments and outdoor projects, and he particularly enjoys work that involves a bespoke or more creative element.
Jack takes pride in delivering high-quality results and creating solutions that genuinely improve a customer’s home — often turning ideas they didn’t think were possible into finished spaces they love. Clear communication, tidy working practices and a strong focus on customer satisfaction sit at the heart of his approach.
Jake Bridle
Jake has been in the building trade for 18 years and specialises in brickwork and the core elements of extensions and refurbishments. He has built a wide range of skills across home improvements, outdoor projects and renovation work, always aiming for a precise, long-lasting finish.
Jake is known for being reliable, approachable and easy to communicate with. He works to a meticulously high standard, keeps customers informed throughout and takes real pride in delivering work exactly as agreed. His tidy, respectful approach makes him a reassuring presence on any project, whether it’s a small improvement or a complete home renovation.
